Crating
The manufacture of client specific crates ensures that your cargo is well positioned and secured within the crate which is suitable and durable to undergo multiple handling. With a well experienced and dedicated team, we ensure that all your crating requirements are well taken care of. This also ensures a more cost-effective option.
Solas/VGM
On site we utilise a VGM Mobile Weighing System. The VGM of the container once packed includes GPS location, load distribution, Container and Seal numbers as well as the clients name and reference. This information will be emailed directly to the shipping line for submission.
Logistics
We service all major cities in South Africa, arranging that your cargo is collected and delivered on time. We offer a wide range of vehicle transportation which includes container haulage, abnormal loads and dedicated transportation. For heavy lifts, our crane trucks and forklift hire are available.

Protective Packaging
As you are aware, your cargo is precious and deserves only the best when it comes to handling and transit. With this in mind, we offer a wide range of packaging options to ensure that your cargo is protected against the elements. Using bubble wrap, shrink wrap and pallet wrap and barrier foil for those moisture sensitive items we ensure that your item will arrive in the same condition it left your premises. We ensure to further safeguard your cargo with shock and tilt watches which record any mishandling during transit.
Air, Road and Sea Freight
We are able to handle all your transport requirements. For urgent international orders, we utilize reputable Air Freight companies ensuring the soonest available flight to your required destination. Sea Freight is a great cost-effective option with an average delivery time of 28 days. To ensure your cargo meets the loading times of both Air and Sea Freight, we will arrange the collection and delivery of your cargo to the Airport or Sea Port through our Road Freight Services.
Crane Hire and Rigging
Some of the services offered range from cargo rigging, Machine moving, Quay Side Services and Crane Hire; for this only our dedicated and experienced teams will handle.
Container Packing
To ensure the container is packed according to regulations, we utilise the expertise of a marine surveyor who will inspect the work and issue his certification. We ensure that your cargo is securely packed into the container, using only the best quality lashing materials.
Hazardous Material
We arrange that the correct documentation and packaging meets IATA (International Air Transport Association) and IMDG ( International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code) standards. Our staff are trained to abide by the standards required by the UN Packaging to TREM Cards (Transport Emergency Cards) for the transportation and handling of hazardous goods.
